2. Our team will find out what the issues are and do an initial inspection

3. We will check your purchase invoice (if any), to understand if the tool is still under warranty

4. The tool will be disassembled and inspected

5. We will advise you the parts to be replaced and a repair cost should you decide to proceed

6. We will contact you once the repair is complete

Minor repairs and replacements could be done on the same day for selected models and depending on the current repair load.
Standard repairs usually take 3-5 working days if parts are available in Singapore.

Yes, Milwaukee batteries have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable if you do not attempt to repair the batteries yourself. Please bring the battery down to our store at Lower Delta for an inspection and diagnosis.

Yes, we can provide service and repair if the tool model is found in Singapore. If you are looking to service tools bought outside of Singapore, we can provide preliminary diagnosis and repair on a case-by-case basis.

We only consider arranging site pickups and deliveries for our customers. So shop with us!

President Trading does not repair power tools other than Milwaukee branded tools. If you would like a recommendation of a Milwaukee tool because your tool is spoilt, you can contact us or bring the tool down. We can recommend a suitable (and often better) replacement.

All repair charges are quoted after we have done a full assessment on the internal components of the tool. Our team may quote you an initial non-binding estimate on initial diagnosis based on past repairs. However, as with many service operations - a full assessment is required before we know what is needed to be fixed.

Best effort repairs may refer to repairing part of the critical problems and ignoring other issues.

At President Trading, we perform a 10 point check for the functionality of each of the tools we repair including mechanisms, electronics, rotors and other wear and tear parts. We will advise you to perform preventive maintenance as power tools are sophisticated pieces of engineering which could result in more serious problems if some issues are unaddressed.

We can follow your instruction on the matter but please note that if there are issues that are caused by this, it will be treated as a seperate repair request.

Yes, we will arrange proper disposal that complies with environmental regulation in Singapore. However, we do not provide disposal services for tools and batteries from brands we do not represent.
