We only offer recalibration on request and for torque wrenches that are purchased from President Trading and calibrated with us previously
We do not refund calibration charges
If the torque wrench is not in specification - we can offer repair and recalibration on selected brands

Calibration typically takes 5-7 working days. If you would like to have this delivered in 1-2 working days, this requires exceptional charges to be applied by the calibrator. We do suggest to plan in advance for a smoother service.

No. We send them out to appropriate calibration and testing labs in Singapore. Our partners specialize in specific ranges of force and we select the most appropriate ones to calibrate your tool based on its model and size.

We only repair torque wrenches that have been purchased from President Trading. would like to remind you that torque wrenches are precision measuring devices that have +/-3% tolerances. Therefore, they should not be used for rough ratcheting work. Do bring the torque wrench down or send us a photo if you have any questions. Do note that the torque wrench will need to be calibrated again after repair.
